Use this page for product support, privacy requests, security reports, and review metadata for the DecidR Governance ChatGPT/MCP app.

Contact path

Email [email protected] for all DecidR support and privacy requests. Include the organization name, connected client, public URL, or error message when relevant. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys, or private credentials by email.

Expected initial response for app-review, account, and privacy requests is within two business days. Security reports are prioritized when they include clear reproduction steps and affected URLs.

Questions about signing in, connecting a client, organization access, dashboard behavior, or the DecidR Governance MCP app.

Privacy requests

Requests to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict personal information associated with a DecidR account or organization.

Security reports

Reports about suspected unauthorized access, exposed credentials, OAuth issues, or vulnerabilities affecting DecidR.

App review questions

Questions from app reviewers about DecidR Governance, OAuth behavior, company links, privacy policy, support path, and public metadata.

Connected-client notes

DecidR Governance is a hosted MCP app. Connected clients authenticate through OAuth, then call permission-scoped tools on behalf of the signed-in user and selected organization.

For ChatGPT or another connected client, revoke access from the connected-client settings when available. If you cannot revoke access there, contact DecidR support and identify the account and organization to review.
